Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to potential clients. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Inform customers about products/services in a clear and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and resolve queries or complaints. Maintain customer database and follow up regularly. Generate leads and meet targets set by the team manager. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [English / Hindi ]. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus). Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
