Role Overview: As a Cold Calling Specialist at ProArch, your main responsibility will be to promote products and services over the phone by generating qualified leads, engaging potential customers, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and follow-ups. You will play a crucial role in introducing product features, handling customer queries professionally, generating leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed assigned call and lead-generation targets. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services. - Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients. - Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally. - Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are an advantage. - 0-2 years of experience in tele sales, call center, or customer-facing roles. - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of sales principles and CRM tools. - Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
