Cold Calling Specialist

We are looking for candidates with strong cold-calling experience who can confidently reach out to prospects, introduce our solution, qualify leads, and convert email-engaged contacts into conversations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make 60–80 outbound cold calls per day to B2B prospects
• Call prospects who have shown interest in our earlier email campaigns
• Initiate first-level conversations and qualify leads
• Use calling scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone
• Follow-up with warm leads and schedule product demos/meetings
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM
• Meet weekly KPIs related to calls, conversations, and appointments

Required Experience:

• 1–4 years of cold-calling experience (B2B preferred)
• Must be comfortable with rejection handling and continuous calling
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in Inside Sales / SDR / Tele calling roles preferred
• Ability to convert email-triggered leads into qualified sales calls

Good to Have:

• Experience calling PAN India or International prospects (if applicable)
