Zeneora is a premium D2C brand in the crystal and home décor space, building intention-led products for modern spiritual consumers in India and globally. As Co-founder – Growth & Operations, you will own the D2C engine end-to-end: performance marketing, analytics, Shopify, content, team-building, and business development.

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a brand, not just manage campaigns. You will be responsible for revenue growth, website performance, marketing funnels, and setting up scalable operations for Zeneora as a core founding member. This role comes with an investment of INR5lakhs in the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. D2C growth & performance marketing

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads: campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting (acquisition, retargeting, retention).
  • Set up and optimise full-funnel strategies: landing pages, lead magnets, email/WhatsApp flows, upsell/cross-sell journeys to improve CAC, and LTV.
  • Shopify ownership & website optimisation - Manage Zeneora’s Shopify store: theme, apps, product pages, checkout flows, payment gateways and integrations.
  • Continuously improve site speed, mobile experience and conversion rate using analytics, heatmaps and A/B tests.

2. Analytics & decision-making

  • Own marketing and sales dashboards (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Shopify analytics); track key KPIs like traffic, CAC, ROAS, AOV, repeat rate, funnel drop-offs.
  • Use data to prioritise experiments, allocate budgets and refine product/offer strategy.
  • Build and execute an SEO plan: keyword research, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and blog strategy around crystals, healing, home décor, and rituals.
  • Work with content/creative resources to plan website blogs, landing pages, and social media content that supports both brand and performance goals.

3. Operations & team building

  • Set up and streamline operational processes: order flow, inventory coordination, packaging, logistics SLAs and basic CX processes as we scale.
  • Hire, manage and mentor a small cross-functional team (performance marketer, designer, content writer, operations executive) as the business grows.

4. Business development & partnerships

  • Identify and close partnerships with healers, Reiki practitioners, yoga studios, therapists, marketplaces and relevant communities.
  • Explore collaborations, affiliate/influencer relationships and potential distribution or export channels.

5. Founder-level ownership

  • Co-create and refine the brand’s growth strategy, product roadmap and quarterly OKRs with the founding team.
  • Take responsibility for targets, make hard prioritisation calls under constraints, and represent Zeneora to external stakeholders when needed.


Qualifications and Mindset

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in D2C / e-commerce growth roles (brand side or agency), with demonstrable results in revenue and ROAS.
  • Strong working knowledge of:

1. Shopify (themes, apps, funnels)

2. Meta Ads and Google Ads (campaign structure, pixel/Conversions API, attribution basics)

3. Google Analytics/GA4, basic Excel/Sheets for analysis

4. SEO fundamentals and blog/content workflows.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, builder attitude, bias for execution and learning-by-doing.​
  • High ownership and accountability; you treat Zeneora’s money and brand as your own.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving early-stage environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with creative, tech and operations talent.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline), preferably with exposure to marketing, business, or analytics.
