We are seeking a Co-Founder (Business Development & Growth) who shares our vision and can help shape the future of our journey. Role Description As a Co-Founder, you will be pivotal in shaping the direction and success of Mindful Wonderer. This full-time, on-site role is located in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, overseeing operations, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting research, and leading initiatives to drive growth and impact. Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals is essential. Qualifications Strong analytical skills for strategic planning and decision-making Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills . Proven experience in sales and marketing to drive growth and awareness Proven experience in business development, B2B partnerships, or sales , preferably in wellness, mental health, or education sectors . Experience working with corporates, HR leaders, CHROs, or large organizations .
