Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder, based on-site in Mumbai. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and executing strategic plans, driving growth, technology strategy, fundraising, and building powerful partnerships to scale a category-defining company in India’s mental health space.

Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and establish branding
Deep networks with CHROs, CEOs, and business leaders in India.
Business development & sales leadership
– spotting opportunities, forging partnerships, and driving revenue.
Visionary thinking & problem-solving mindset
– thrives in ambiguity, creates innovative solutions.
Technology leadership
– experience in digital platforms, health-tech, or scalable AI-driven solutions.
