The Co-Founder will serve as a foundational leader, shaping the strategic direction of the company while overseeing core operations. This role involves driving the development and execution of business strategies, cultivating high-value partnerships, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and guiding cross-functional teams toward sustained performance. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the organization’s long-term viability, scalability, and profitability. As a founding member, the Co-Founder is also required to make a financial investment in the business, demonstrating commitment, alignment, and shared ownership of the company’s mission and success. Qualifications Exceptional analytical and research capabilities to identify market trends and support data-driven strategic decisions Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholder groups Proven expertise in Banking or sales and marketing, with the ability to drive business expansion and establish a strong market presence Strong leadership qualities, advanced problem-solving skills, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset Demonstrated experience in building and scaling businesses or holding a significant leadership role Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field Willingness and ability to invest financially in the venture as part of the founding team
