Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will serve as a foundational leader, shaping the strategic direction of the company while overseeing core operations. This role involves driving the development and execution of business strategies, cultivating high-value partnerships, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and guiding cross-functional teams toward sustained performance. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the organization’s long-term viability, scalability, and profitability.

As a founding member, the Co-Founder is also required to make a financial investment in the business, demonstrating commitment, alignment, and shared ownership of the company’s mission and success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical and research capabilities to identify market trends and support data-driven strategic decisions
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
• Proven expertise in Banking or sales and marketing, with the ability to drive business expansion and establish a strong market presence
• Strong leadership qualities, advanced problem-solving skills, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling businesses or holding a significant leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field
• Willingness and ability to invest financially in the venture as part of the founding team
