Co-Founder with Investment

​As a Co-founder of Shashikala Technology, you will be the bridge between our business vision and technical execution. We are looking for a partner who is a business-minded strategist willing to invest capital and time to scale this company from the ground up.
​Key Responsibilities:​Technical Strategy: Choose the tech stack, define the architectural roadmap, and ensure scalability and security from Day 1.​Product Development: Lead the hands-on building of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and iterative releases.​Investment & Funding: Contribute initial capital and lead future technical due diligence during fundraising rounds.​Team Building: Recruit, interview, and mentor the initial engineering team as we grow. ​Requirements:​Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven experience starting projects or working in early-stage startups.​Investment Capacity: Ability to contribute 1 Million USD to secure initial equity.​Leadership: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
