Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Raipur Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Co-Founder with Investment will play an integral role in scaling Whiteleo’s operations and implementing the company’s strategic vision. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and expanding partnerships with key franchises, co-manufacturers, corporates, and other collaborators. The individual will be actively involved in investment decisions, long-term planning, and overseeing various operational and business development initiatives to drive the company's growth and impact.

Whiteleo Industries is building next-generation digital products for the water and essentials supply ecosystem under our brands Ongo Water and Ongo Essentials.

We’re hiring a Tech Co-Founder who can lead our technology roadmap and contribute investment (₹15–50 Lakhs) in exchange for equity.

What You’ll Drive

• Build and scale the Ongo Essentials App and digital supply-chain platform

• Lead product architecture, engineering, and UI/UX direction

• Oversee development of franchise, distributor, and customer systems

• Implement automation, tracking, and data analytics capabilities

• Manage tech vendors, developers, and future in-house tech teams

• Co-own strategy with the CEO and represent tech in investor meetings

• Strong background in app development, full-stack engineering, or cloud architecture

• Experience building/scaling SaaS, logistics, marketplace, or consumer apps

• Founder mindset with hands-on execution capability

• Ability to commit ₹15–50 Lakhs as part of the founding partnership

• Passion for building meaningful products from zero to scale

• Familiarity with franchising models or the water and essentials infrastructure industry is a plus.
