AngelCX.ai is a next-generation AI voice and omnichannel contact center platform that enables websites and enterprises to engage visitors in natural conversations, nurture leads, and seamlessly transfer calls to human agents. Backed by VSynergize.ai’s 15+ years of CX expertise, AngelCX.ai aims to transform customer interactions with AI voice bots, advanced analytics, and integrated telephony solutions.

Role Overview

Co-Founder

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy:

    Define and refine AngelCX.ai’s technology roadmap aligned with market needs (AI voice bots, telephony integrations, CRM/ERP connectors, analytics).
  • Technology Leadership:

    Oversee architecture, development, and deployment on AWS/Microsoft Azure and/or multi-cloud environments (Node.js, Python, AI/LLM integrations).
  • Fundraising Support:

    Partner with CEO for investor pitches, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
  • Team Building:

    Recruit, mentor, and inspire world-class engineering, data science, and GTM teams.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem:

    Build relationships with telephony providers (Twilio, Plivo,Others), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and AI vendors.
  • Execution & Scale:

    Ensure high availability, security, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA). Drive agile processes, VAPT coverage, and uptime guarantees.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership:

    8–12 years in software product development or AI/SaaS startups, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP Eng., or Co-Founder).
  • Technical Expertise:

    Deep knowledge of Node.js, Python, cloud hosting (Azure preferred), and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Deepgram, Sanas.ai, etc.).
  • Business Acumen:

    Experience scaling B2B SaaS or contact center tech (pricing, GTM strategy, partner ecosystems).
  • Fundraising Exposure:

    Familiarity with investor relations, financial modeling, or startup fundraising.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:

    Hands-on builder with resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of global CX/BPO ecosystems and AI-powered telephony.
  • Strong network within AI, CX, or SaaS communities (e.g., YPO, HBS alumni, startup accelerators).
  • Experience with compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001) and data privacy standards.
  • Passion for creating scalable, customer-centric solutions.
