Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Co-Founder (Sales, Marketing & Demo Operations).

As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CRM-VEDA’s business vision, growth strategy, and market positioning. You will lead sales, marketing, and client engagement initiatives, handle product demos, and build lasting relationships with key clients and partners.


You will collaborate closely with the founding and product teams to define go-to-market strategies, develop partnerships, and drive the commercial success of the platform. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong understanding of SaaS business models, and hands-on leadership in scaling operations.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or SaaS Growth Strategy, preferably in a startup or tech-driven organization.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS models, CRM platforms, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market awareness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach and long-term vision.
  • Leadership qualities, adaptability, and commitment to innovation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior founding or leadership experience in a technology venture is an advantage.
