Role Overview:

Co-Founder (Trader Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage

  20 traders

  operating under various prop firm challenges.
• Ensure all traders follow

  Finpip’s educational and strategy framework

  .
• Coordinate daily trading execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Founder for analysis, risk guidance, and growth strategies.
• Maintain compliance with Finpip’s internal policies and non-risk exposure principles.
• Build a strong trading community and culture of consistent performance.

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in

Compensation & Structure:

• Equity / Profit-sharing role

• 20% share of overall profit pool

  generated by the 20-trader team.
• Direct reporting to the

  Hybrid / Remote

  (preferred base: Hyderabad).
