Job Title: Co-Founder – Trader Operations | Finpip 10X Prop Network About Finpip 10X: Finpip 10X is an emerging prop trading education and execution network that empowers individuals to practice and grow their trading skills through demo and proprietary firm challenges . We focus on disciplined, data-driven strategies and performance-based learning — creating opportunities for traders to scale and earn consistently. Role Overview: We are looking for a Co-Founder (Trader Operations) to lead our Trader Acquisition and Management Division . The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of 20 traders who will trade across multiple global prop firms under the Finpip 10X model. This is a leadership and revenue-sharing role , ideal for someone with strong experience in trading operations, people management, and prop firm ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and manage 20 traders operating under various prop firm challenges. Ensure all traders follow Finpip’s educational and strategy framework . Coordinate daily trading execution, performance tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with the Founder for analysis, risk guidance, and growth strategies. Maintain compliance with Finpip’s internal policies and non-risk exposure principles. Build a strong trading community and culture of consistent performance. Desired Profile: Proven experience in trading , prop firms , or financial markets (mandatory). Strong leadership and team management skills . Understanding of risk management , strategy execution , and P&L tracking . Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership and scale operations . Excellent communication, motivation, and coordination abilities. Compensation & Structure: Equity / Profit-sharing role (not fixed salary). 20% share of overall profit pool generated by the 20-trader team. Direct reporting to the Founder & CEO – Finpip 10X .
