Cluster Manager

Job Description: As a Cluster Manager at The Muthoot Group located in Thanjavur, your main responsibility will be to oversee the operations and performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster. This full-time, on-site role requires you to ensure compliance with company policies, drive sales and business growth, manage and develop staff, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
