Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

    Drive bancassurance sales through partner bank branches, achieve sales and revenue targets for the cluster, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Management:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Financial Service Consultants, including hiring, retention, training, and performance reviews.
  • Bank Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with bank branch staff, leadership, and cluster heads to drive business.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales penetration, improve product mix, and drive productivity within the bank branches.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track and monitor key business parameters such as conversion rates, productivity, persistency, and sales performance, making necessary corrections and providing feedback.
  • Training & Awareness:

    Identify training needs for bank partners' staff and conduct training sessions to upskill them and increase awareness of the insurance products offered.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure operational effectiveness and workflow compliance with all regulatory requirements within the managed cluster.
