Cluster Manager

1. Leadership and Management:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the all assigned outlets team.

Oversee and coordinate all operational activities, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees.

2. Operational Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies, including ordering and inventory control.

Streamline processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Service:

Maintain high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer retention.

Train staff on customer service best practices and ensure consistent delivery.

4. Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance.

Analyze sales and expense data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.

Control costs without compromising quality or service standards.

5. Quality Control:

Ensure food quality and consistency by enforcing standard recipes and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of all the outlets to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Implement quality control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

6. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Represent the restaurant at various events and networking opportunities within the community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
