Cluster Manager

As a Regional Gold Loan Business Manager, your role involves driving the gold loan business across all branches in coordination with Area Managers, Territory Manager, Branch team, Direct sales team, and gold loan executives. You will be responsible for managing multiple districts within a region, adjusting sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recommending product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. - Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. - Monitoring and reviewing sales team productivity and taking timely corrective actions. - Recruiting sales team members, motivating them through local contests and rewards recognition programs. - Launching new branches for gold loan business in the region and overseeing Sales, Training, Audit, Collection, and Auction activities. - Coordinating with Admin, training, Human resource, and policy teams for a speedy launch. - Building a healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business. - Keeping track of collection and ensuring delinquency remains below permissible limits. - Coordinating with Risk and Branch team for timely audit auction. Your key responsibilities will revolve around Business Development, Team Management, Operations Management, and Product Enhancement.,
