Role Overview

• Title: Cluster Manager – Operations
• Location: Surat/Ahmedabad/Mumbai cluster
• Reports to: Head – Operations
• Scope: 4–8 outlets, managing Store Managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure SOP compliance, audits, hygiene, and daily operations across outlets.
• Drive sales targets, AOV, and profitability; manage inventory, wastage, and costs.
• Lead teams, handle training, customer complaints, and local promotions.
• Monitor POS reports, aggregator performance , and online ratings for improvements.
• Coordinate with HO on procurement, maintenance, and franchisee support issues.
• Conduct performance reviews for Store Managers and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze monthly P&L variances and propose cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate (HM/BBA preferred); 3–5 years F&B experience, 2+ in a multi-outlet role.
• Strong leadership, Excel/POS skills, and travel willingness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
