Cluster Lead - NRI

As a Cluster Lead-NRI at Elite Banker, your role involves team leadership and management, customer acquisition, relationship management, performance monitoring and reporting, compliance and risk management. You will take ownership of driving Relationship Managers (RMs) across shifts corresponding to global time zones such as US/Canada, EURO/UK, ASIA PACIFIC, Middle East, etc. Additionally, you will ensure engagement and coordination with various functional peers to deliver smooth business operations across liabilities and asset products, trade forex, wealth business, insurance, and credit cards business in the branch. Collaboration with Branch Banking for customer servicing or service fulfillment is also part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring the Elite Banker Team achieves goal sheet objectives and revenue targets for incentives, while monitoring the quality of engagement - Enhancing engagement with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers through non-face-to-face calls and supporting functions in peer groups for quality New-To-Bank (NTB) acquisitions - Driving balance buildup, inward remittances, product cross-sell, and customer activation on digital channels to enhance the health of managed books/RM portfolios - Ensuring digital adoption and completion of assigned tasks, triggers, campaigns, and client outreach programs - Envisaging data-driven sales plans to improve portfolio quality, conducting regular reviews, daily engagement, and training for the team - Addressing client requests and complaints efficiently within stipulated timelines - Recording all sales activities as per organizational processes and adhering to bank policies Qualifications required for this role are: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Post-graduation in MBA/PGDM - 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading the Elite Banker team to achieve business objectives and ensure high-quality service delivery to bank customers.,
