Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies, driving targeted lead generation, and ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content across platformsincluding video. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, video editing, branding, and performance analytics . The candidate should be comfortable managing content pipelines, leading campaigns, and creating compelling multimedia content tailored to digital channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual contributor with strong team management and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple parallel projects efficiently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy, Creation & Video Marketing for Lead Generation Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with VEYEs business goals, with a strong focus on digital platforms and targeting Australian investors. Oversee and execute the creation of high-quality content including marketing emails, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, website content, and equity research reports. Create engaging and SEO-optimized content that incorporates video, infographics, and interactive elements to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with graphic designers and manage or assist in video editing tasks to produce compelling multimedia content for campaigns, YouTube, and social media. 2. Lead Generation & Lead Management Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and video campaigns). Optimize landing pages, paid ads, and conversion funnels using both text and video elements to drive high-quality leads. Implement and manage CRM tools for effective lead tracking and nurturing. Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads and enhance conversion performance. 3. Digital Marketing, SEO & Paid Advertising Develop and manage SEO, SEM, and video-SEO strategies to boost visibility and website traffic. Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for the best ROI. Monitor performance using analytics tools and adjust campaigns based on insights. Stay updated with evolving digital marketing and video content trends. 4. Brand Management & Innovation Strengthen and maintain VEYEs brand identity and digital presence through cohesive messaging and visual content, including branded video assets. Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms such as the website, social media, video channels, and marketing collateral. Develop and launch innovative campaigns that incorporate multimedia storytelling, motion graphics, and brand-aligned visuals. Oversee improvements to website UX/UI, integrating rich media content for better engagement. 5. Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics Track and analyze performance metrics including SEO rankings, engagement, video views, conversion rates, and ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM reports, video performance dashboards, and social media insights to refine strategies. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and future recommendations. 6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Supervise and mentor the marketing intern, including content creation, digital tools, and basic video editing. Collaborate with the research, design, and sales teams to align all marketing initiatives with business goals. Foster a results-oriented, creative, and growth-driven culture within the marketing team. Key Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Strong knowledge of the Australian financial market and equities research is highly preferred. Expertise in digital marketing strategies and video editing for creating engaging multimedia content. . Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva Video, or other video editing platforms. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines in a startup environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
