Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Administration Oversee day-to-day operations of all hospitals within the cluster Ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, admin, HR, and support services Standardize processes and SOPs across all units Resolve operational issues escalated from unit heads 2. Clinical Quality & Patient Care Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards Monitor quality indicators, NABH/JCI compliance, and audit outcomes Address patient grievances and improve patient satisfaction 3. Financial & Revenue Management Drive revenue growth and profitability across the cluster Monitor billing, collections, insurance, TPA, and vendor management Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization 4. Human Resource Management Lead and mentor hospital administrators and department heads Ensure adequate staffing and address staff shortages Support recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary actions 5. Business Development & Marketing Implement marketing and outreach strategies for cluster growth Build relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance partners, and referral sources Identify new service lines and expansion opportunities 6. Compliance & Legal Ensure statutory compliance (clinical establishment act, biomedical waste, labor laws, fire safety, etc.) Handle medico-legal issues and ensure proper documentation 7. Reporting & Review Prepare and present MIS reports to corporate management Review KPIs, revenue, quality indicators, and operational metrics Conduct periodic cluster review meetings --- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills Deep understanding of hospital operations and healthcare regulations Financial acumen and revenue optimization skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously --- Qualification & Experience: MBA / MHA / PG in Hospital Management or related field 10–15 years of experience in hospital administration Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership or cluster-level role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,846.40 - ₹42,624.59 per month
