Cluster head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven and dynamic Cluster Head – Sales to lead BC agent onboarding and activation across TamilNadu and AndraPradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the BC network, managing field teams, and driving productivity in line with Acemoney’s vision of financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Field Officers, and Coordinators across the cluster.
• Drive the end-to-end onboarding of Business Correspondents (BC agents) including sourcing, documentation, KYC, and system activation.
• Ensure regular training, orientation, and support to newly onboarded agents to help them understand and promote Acemoney’s products effectively.
• Monitor agent performance metrics such as transactions, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for agent onboarding and transaction volumes.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during agent onboarding and operation.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams for issue resolution and product enhancements.
• Conduct regular audits and field visits to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, BC network, or agent/channel development in fintech/BFSI sector
• Deep understanding of rural/urban financial ecosystems and agent operations
• Hands-on experience with BC platforms, KYC processes, and fintech tools
• Proficiency in local language(s) and good communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster
