Job Description – Cluster Head Ecovolt Solar Solutions Position: Cluster Head Location: ____lucknow______ Role Summary The Cluster Head is responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring smooth operations within the assigned cluster. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Expand and manage dealer/distributor network. Lead, train, and monitor the field sales team. Ensure timely installation, service, and customer satisfaction. Oversee stock, logistics, and field operations. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Qualifications Graduate; MBA preferred. 3–5 years of experience in solar/electrical/renewable sector. Strong team leadership and field sales experience. Skills Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of solar products and CRM/ERP is an advantage.
