Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.Pre & Post Contracts Management

Draft BOQ, review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts, work orders, and service agreements within the limit of Project Budget.
Draft BOQ, review, close coordinate with Budgeting and contracts team for all the packages related to project to ensure required

vendors are on board.

Ensure contractor/vendor compliance with contractual terms, scope, and deliverables.
Maintain site-level contract documentation, amendments, and correspondences.
Handle claims, disputes, change orders, and contractual risk mitigation.

2. Billing & Cost Certification

Review and certify contractors Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and variation claims.
Ensure accuracy of measurement sheets, joint records, and billing documentation.
Coordinate with planning, QS, and execution teams to validate billed quantities.
Maintain reconciliation of billed vs. executed vs. certified works.

3. Financial & Cost Control

Track project costs against budgets and highlight variances.
Support cost optimization through effective billing and contract management.
Ensure timely release of payments as per contract terms while safeguarding company interests.

4. Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and taxation norms in contracts and billing.
Coordinate with corporate contracts, legal, and finance teams for approvals and audits.
Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and claim management.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare MIS reports on contract status, billing progress, cost exposure, and claims.
Maintain accurate records of bills, contracts, and contractual correspondence.
Present commercial and contractual updates to project/site leadership.
