The Presales Cloud Specialist will work directly with pursuit teams and contribute to the production of compelling and brand compliant proposals.

Work You’ll Do:

As a Presales Cloud Specialist, you will work directly with the Sales and Consulting Team, supporting the broader members as well as pursuit teams across KPMG Consulting. The role will have the responsibility of supporting consulting and pursuits and maintaining knowledge assets in content repositories with an objective to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of pursuit deliverables.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with KPMG member firms to create technical and commercial solutions, working on proposals for clients from different industries
• Should have the knowledge and understanding of at least any 2 cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, AWS, Oracle, VMWare, Alibaba, etc.
• Work on different propositions and offerings such as CIO/CTO Strategy, Modern Platform, Modern Engineering, Application Modernization, Value and Sustainability, Data Modernization Artificial Intelligence, and AI-enabled services.
• Hands-on experience on offerings like Cloud Discovery & Readiness Assessment, Landing Zone design & build, Migration & Modernization, DevSecOps, Maturity Assessments.
• Good understanding of Cloud Suitability Analysis, IT Transformation and Digital Transformation, Cloud Costing, TCO Analysis and Cost Optimization.
• Understanding of how cloud platforms support scalable Data & AI solutions, including data lakes, analytics pipelines, and machine learning model deployment
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in cloud environments such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and cognitive services is desirable
• Experience with cloud-native data services and AI-driven automation tools is a plus
• Prior experience in putting together presales content and putting together a point-of-view for building a cloud-centric solutions.
• Research multiple sources of content and liaise with team members to seek firm-specific content, to include practitioner counts, firm and practice profiles, and risk and legal questions
• Provide review of content for accuracy in meeting the RFP requirement and readability, including synthesizing content brought together from multiple sources
• Facilitate the development/ regular updates of the Presales Proposal Tracker, LT collaterals/ reporting, Townhall packs, etc.
• Ability to move across multiple assignments and adjust multiple and competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Should have the ability to keep current with an aptitude for learning new technologies
• Facilitate collection, review, editing, and upload of pursuit content for inclusion in the content repository
• Facilitate the continuous improvement of sales content across all industries and operating portfolios and offerings including Operate
• Should have the ability to work and contribute to a team environment and strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Manage stakeholder satisfaction feedback and tie insights into process improvement
• Proactively search for new ways to coordinate and integrate with other teams
• Work in a collaborative manner with solution architects and consultants in an onshore-offshore model
• Has good understanding of finances, margins and profitability
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, high proficiency in MS Office products
• Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
