Clinical Business Analyst

Job Description

Mandate skills-" VB script with R and Python programming" + Pharma/clinal exposure(good understanding) Role Responsibilities Analyze clinical data and processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with clinical teams to gather and document business requirements. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Develop and maintain clinical dashboards to track performance metrics. Assist in the design and implementation of clinical systems. Conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes. Participate in user acceptance testing to validate system functionalities. Provide ongoing support to clinical staff and address system-related issues. Monitor regulatory requirements to ensure compliance within clinical operations. Prepare technical documentation for system modifications and updates. Engage with third-party vendors for system enhancements and troubleshooting. Identify trends and patterns in clinical data to support decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for management review. Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience as a clinical business analyst. Strong knowledge of clinical processes and healthcare regulations. Experience in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Project management certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred. Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Understanding of IT systems and database management. Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings.
