Job Purpose

To lead client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and drive business growth by serving as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams. The Client Success Manager will be accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through strategic account management and seamless execution of campaigns/projects.


Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and upsell services.

2. Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects — from briefing to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, design, media, and tech teams for timely and quality output.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Strategic Planning & Consultation

  • Contribute to strategic marketing plans for clients.
  • Advise clients on best practices in digital marketing, advertising trends, and new opportunities.
  • Present campaign reports, analytics, and performance insights with actionable recommendations.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of campaign results, ROI, and client feedback.
  • Ensure timely delivery of performance reports and strategic reviews.

5. Revenue & Growth Responsibility

  • Achieve retention and upsell targets for assigned accounts.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across Rioconn’s service portfolio.


Experience:

  • 5–9 years of client servicing/account management experience in a

    digital marketing or advertising agency

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
