In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term retention. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention. Regularly reach out to clients for feedback, new opportunities, and performance discussions. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality solutions for clients. Handle email reach out and monitor their effectiveness. Strategize and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach. Requirements : Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing or digital marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage cross-functional projects. Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines efficiently. Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to build and retain relationships. Experience in crafting tailored business proposals and presentations. Familiarity with email marketing tools. Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
