Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
• Regularly reach out to clients for feedback, new opportunities, and performance discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality solutions for clients.
• Handle email reach out and monitor their effectiveness.
• Strategize and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to build and retain relationships.
• Experience in crafting tailored business proposals and presentations.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
