Job Description

**Job Description:** As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Ollion, you will play a crucial role in managing the commercial performance, service relationship, and ongoing value realization across client accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders at all levels. - Deeply understanding the client's business context, technology environment, risks, and priorities. - Advocating for the client internally to ensure commitments and priorities are well understood. - Presenting cloud recommendations and cost-saving opportunities to the client. In addition, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial health by: - Owning the full renewal lifecycle, developing pricing scenarios, and leading discussions. - Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client roadmaps and service maturity trends. - Championing expansion across various Ollion capabilities (Managed Services, Project Services, Cloud, Data, Strategy, etc.). - Monitoring account-level commercial metrics and ensuring service profitability. You will also govern the ongoing service experience through Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs), SLA reporting, and service strategy reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and align efforts with client needs. **Qualifications:** **Expertise you bring:** - 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a senior client-facing role, managing the end-to-end client experience, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of accounts. - Proven accountability for commercial performance and driving services revenue targets. - Experience as the primary point of accountability for a client's Managed Services engagement. - Strong ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across technical capabilities. - Practical experience monitoring and improving account-level commercial metrics. - History of strong, cross-functional collaboration with internal teams. - Demonstrated Technical Aptitude and ability to understand a client's technology environment. **Certifications (Preferred):** - Project Management Professional (PMP) - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other SCRUM/Agile Certification At Ollion, success is built on core strengths such as accountability, adaptability, ambition, business acumen, innovation, organization, persistence, and technical aptitude.
