Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team at Whizz HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective client success strategies to drive business growth and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that could impact client satisfaction or retention.
Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform product development and sales strategy.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in client success management or a related field, preferably in the HR industry.
Strong understanding of client needs and market trends, with the ability to develop tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
