.We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused professional to manage and grow key accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving long-term value, retention, and account expansion. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align account strategy with client goals, while proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in a commercially-focused, fast-paced environment, balancing strong relationship management skills with a strategic mindset and operational expertise.   • Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business priorities, technology environment, and strategic goals to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and championing expansion across service offerings.
  • Own the full renewal lifecycle, including strategy, pricing, negotiation, and execution.
  • Oversee service delivery performance through QBRs/MBRs, SLA reporting, and governance activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Technical Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on account strategy and execution.
  • Proactively flag risks, manage scope changes, and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years in a senior client-facing role managing end-to-end client experiences, retention, and expansion, with 10+ years overall client management experience.
  • Proven track record in driving commercial performance and managing the full renewal lifecycle.
  • Experience with Managed Services or similar engagements, including service governance and SLA management.
  • Strong ability to identify revenue growth opportunities and influence client expansion.
  • Financial acumen to monitor account-level metrics, including margin performance, cost drivers, and billing accuracy.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work with Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams.
  • Technical aptitude to understand clients’ technology environments and present relevant recommendations.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or other project/service delivery methodologies.
