Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
• Analyse and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services to clients.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with various teams (creative, content, analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution.
• Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display, etc.) and tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
