Client Success Manager
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience and promoting our Financial products and services. This is a desk-based role with no fieldwork involved.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Connect with global clients through phone calls and chat to assist with queries.
2. Explain and convince clients about our financial products and investment services.
3. Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all client conversations and lead information are properly recorded.
4. Build strong client relationships by providing excellent customer support and timely follow-ups.
5. Achieve performance targets related to client acquisition and service quality.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
