Role Overview:

The Lead - Client Solutions role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships, enhancing market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of client solutions initiatives. By leveraging market insights, fostering partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams, the Lead ensures the organization achieves its financial targets and long-term growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Formulation:

Focus on crafting and executing impactful client-centric approaches that align with organizational objectives. Key focus areas are:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workplace market and assessing the competitor offerings
  • Design strategies to attract new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones by developing tailored solutions to address diverse client requirements, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Formulate plans to achieve financial targets by identifying high-potential opportunities.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and client solution teams to ensure seamless integration of efforts
  • Develop strategies to strengthen the brand’s market presence and reputation as a leader in innovative workplace solutions.
  • Introduce best practices for client engagement, service delivery, and quality assurance.

Business Operations:

  • Lead business development initiatives in the region, focusing on acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Act as a representative of the company in the market, establishing a strong industry network and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting new bookings to meet business objectives.
  • Partner closely with the leadership team and colleagues to manage the entire sales cycle and successfully close deals.
  • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of systems, materials, and resources for business development, including proposals, presentations, and service offerings to secure new opportunities.


Job Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management, with at least 10 years of experience in B2B business development within the workplace design and related industry.
  • Thought Leadership: Passionate about influencing industry-leading workplace design and execution strategies.
  • Proven Business Development Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding financial targets.
  • Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with high learning agility and adaptability.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of the future of workspaces, combined with persistence and perseverance in delivering the best solutions for clients.
