Role Description

Client Solutions Manager

not a sales-only role

problem discovery, solution structuring, consortium pitching, and client growth


Qualifications

  • Study enterprise and infrastructure clients to identify high-value business opportunities
  • Map client stakeholders (Chairman, CXOs, authorities, partners) and decision flow
  • Identify gaps in branding, communication, safety, CSR, reputation, and documentation
  • Design integrated client solutions by combining branding, communication, and strategic partners
  • Create strategic pitch decks, opportunity notes, and leadership-level narratives
  • Lead consortium / partnership-based pitching instead of single-service proposals
  • Convert senior-level introductions into structured pilot projects and long-term engagements
  • Work closely with founders and senior partners on high-impact client accounts
  • Support commercial discussions including retainers, engagement models, and success fees
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver aligned, outcome-driven pitches


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic studies of enterprise and infrastructure clients
  • Map client stakeholders, decision-makers, and influence networks
  • Identify business, branding, communication, safety, CSR, and reputation opportunities
  • Develop integrated client solutions and consortium-based offerings
  • Create strategic pitch decks, opportunity reports, and leadership narratives
  • Convert senior-level introductions into pilot projects and long-term engagements
  • Work closely with founders and senior partners on key strategic accounts
  • Structure engagement models including retainers, pilots, and success-fee formats
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for aligned client pitches
  • Position the company as a strategic partner rather than a service vendor
