Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who will be the bridge between our healthcare clients and our internal teams. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring delivery of marketing services that meet strategic goals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts with a sharp understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Understand clients' business models, services, and growth challenges to provide effective advice on marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, provide performance reports, and proactively identify new opportunities.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with strategy, content, design, performance, and tech teams to ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain project timelines, briefs, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure marketing deliverables adhere to client guidelines, industry regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., MCI, pharma marketing ethics).

Strategic Support

  • Work with internal strategists to translate client goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Coordinate market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights as required.
  • Contribute to strategy discussions, client pitches, and quarterly business reviews.

Internal Collaboration

  • Liaise with creative and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor campaign performance and coordinate optimisation efforts with the media buying team.
  • Raise red flags and resolve client concerns quickly by working with relevant internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing regulations, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools, project management platforms (like Asana, Trello, ClickUp), and digital analytics dashboards.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing doctors, clinics, hospitals, or pharma clients is a major plus.
  • Ability to interpret marketing KPIs and translate them into actionable insights.

Location - Mogappair, Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
