Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Thane. The Client Servicing Manager will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, developing strategic solutions, and maintaining regular communication to address any issues or updates.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
