Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:

  Serve as the primary liaison for government and PSU clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

• Campaign & Event Oversight:

  Lead the planning and execution of advertising campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with client goals and compliance with public sector regulations.

• Pitch Development & Presentations :

  Lead ideation and development of persuasive concepts. Translate client briefs into clear, creative, and strategic pitch decks that align with public sector protocols and expectations. Present these pitches confidently to stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Coordinate with creative, media, production, and event teams to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  Ensure all activities adhere to government procurement processes, including tenders and RFPs, maintaining meticulous records.

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and drive business growth within the public sector.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:

  8–10 years in client servicing roles within advertising and event management, with a focus on government and public sector clients.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of government Tender and public sector dynamics.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale advertising campaigns and events.
• Mastery of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva).
• Excellent storytelling and verbal communication — able to present confidently at senior or governmental levels.
