Senior Manager-Client Servicing

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Sr. Manager to lead and manage relationships with key clients, specifically in the government and PSU sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and client satisfaction 360 Advertisement. This role demands strong account management skills, an understanding of government processes, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic client engagement.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Liaising with government officials and departments to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Tender Monitoring:

  Keeping abreast of government tenders and ensuring timely participation.

• Project Oversight

  : Ensuring projects align with client expectations and are executed smoothly.

• Team Leadership:

  Leading a team to deliver high-quality services and meet project deadlines.

• Presentations

  : Preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Prior experience of working with government and PSU sectors is must.
