Experience (must-have)

• At least

  7+ years in sales

  , growing from individual contributor → handling big accounts.
• Has worked on

  large deal sizes

  (₹1–5 Cr. regular deals, and even larger ₹25–40 Cr. deals).
• Has sold to

  Govt./PSU clients

  (must know GeM portal, tendering, PSU hierarchy, procurement).

Industry Knowledge

• Exposure to

  IT solutions, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud platforms

  .
• Understanding of

  enterprise IT architecture, integration, APIs, and security compliance

  .
• Should not just know buzzwords, but be able to

  position these solutions to solve client problems

  .

Sales Skills

• Strategic solution selling

  (not just product sales, but consultative/problem-solving approach).

• Value-based selling

  → can explain ROI, business benefits, and justify investment.
• Strong in

  executive-level presentations & communication

  (CXO, government secretaries, PSU heads).
• Good at
