Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Gurugram. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, addressing their needs, communicating effectively, and ensuring that all services meet or exceed client expectations. The manager will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless event execution and maintain high standards of service.

• Skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in the MICE industry or event management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
