• 🧩 Owning & elevating client relationships—strategy, execution, accountability.
• 🚀 Turning client goals into sharp, actionable creative + media roadmaps.
• 🧭 Leading internal teams (creative, media, production) to deliver chef’s kiss campaigns.
• 📊 Monitoring, analysing & optimising campaign performance like a true data-nerd.
• 🔍 Conducting

  market research

  : trends, competitor moves, consumer insights, platform shifts—so you always stay 5 steps ahead.
• 🎤 Presenting pitches, reports & ideas that make clients fall in love (professionally 😌).
• 🤝 Identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities without feeling salesy.
• 🚒 Troubleshooting any roadblocks before they become fires.

Who You Are (the vibe check)

• 2–5 years of solid experience in

  advertising agencies / ad sales / media

  .
• Client-facing champ with strong account management muscles.
• Strategic thinker + execution ninja = YOU.
• Comfortable handling multiple campaigns without breaking a sweat.
• Obsessed with trends, data & consumer behaviour.
• Fluent in brand strategy, spreadsheets, decks & good vibes.
• Bonus: Experience managing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, influencers, etc.
