Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring they align with the client's vision and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.

With the help of the creative department, develop impressive presentations and pitch decks.

Create project plans for end-to-end event management.

Monitor, measure and ensure client satisfaction.

Coordinate with different departments about client queries.

Deal with client's requests and troubleshoot problems.

Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures

Inspire repeat business from existing clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

in the event industry.

Strong understanding of event planning, creatives, production and operations.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
