Client Servicing Manager

As a Client Servicing Manager based in Gurgaon, your key responsibilities will include: - Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in conflict management. - Providing insights to internal teams to align capacity with demand effectively. - Managing advertiser billing, following up for reports, and nurturing client relationships. - Demonstrating strong business acumen and a good understanding of technology. - Analyzing reports to help the team achieve campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Serving as a liaison between advertisers, partnerships, and the Finance team. - Acquiring new clients to contribute to revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 1-3 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management. - Relevant experience in Ad Network or Agency within the Mobile, Digital, and Online space. - Ability to ensure seamless information sharing with cross-functional teams and affiliates. - Strong critical thinking skills.
