We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves telecalling work to follow up with customers, handle feedback, and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or support sales/retention activities. Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints using systems. Provide accurate product/service information and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance KPIs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field. 6 Months –1 years in a customer service or telecalling role. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi required. Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office, Call centre required.
