Job Description

Customer Service Support Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or support sales/retention activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints using systems.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field.
  • 6 Months –1 years in a customer service or telecalling role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi required.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office, Call centre required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
