Industry preferred: Adtech Job description – Advertising Sales Manager We are looking for a Digital Advertising Sales Manager with experience of identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships in Affiliate marketing and Performance Marketing campaigns. Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Devise ∧ execute successful business strategy in line with the company’s plans 2. Drive sales and build strong and long term relationships with potential clients like Ad Agencies and Advertisers. 3.Market research to find and cater active brands spending on affiliate campaigns. 4. Acquire new partners to grow and run CPI, CPL, CPA and other affiliate campaigns. 5.Should be proactive and manage sales pipeline 6. Prospecting and closing direct business with Agency and Advertisers. 7.Closely work with the Affiliate delivery team to understand and troubleshoot as and when required. 8.Client servicing and ensuring client satisfaction. 9. Dealing with ad agencies for performance & branding campaigns 10. Performing necessary checks before taking the campaigns live on platform 11. Drive revenue, follow up on payments, and coordinate with the finance department as and when required. Requirements :  1- 5 Years of Experience in AD Sales side.  Have a proven track record of selling performance and branding solutions to leading clients in Mumbai/Bangalore.  Need to have an understanding of CPL, CPS, CPV, CPI modules.  Prior selling experience from an ad network preferred.  Ensure proper information sharing with the cross-functional team and affiliates.  Should be a critical thinker.
