Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with government clients, ministries, PSUs, and government bodies.
• Handle complete project lifecycle — brief understanding, planning, execution, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, production, digital, media, and events) for seamless execution of campaigns.
• Prepare project timelines, workflow trackers, and status reports for ongoing deliverables.
• Ensure all communication, creatives, and collaterals meet government guidelines and quality standards.
• Support 360° delivery across print, digital, social media, AVs, events, and exhibitions.
• Manage approvals, documentation, compliance, and submission of required government formats.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience working with

  government clients

  , government communication/IEC campaigns, or government tenders.
• 6 –10 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably in an advertising or 360° communication agency.
• Strong understanding of print, digital, media, and event processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with government procedures, documentation, and approval workflows.
